Our place is close to restaurants, the grocery, and great highway access to the airport (23 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (24 min),Howard Park closest white sand beach (35 min), Clearwater Beach is 50 min. This place is great for people moving to the area that need temporary housing while they find their next home. Featuring a clean bright feel, fast wifi, and all the necessities. Good for couples, families, & people with dogs. Garage available by request. Full refund up to 30 days prior. This listing appears new, but its been a vacation rental for 7 years+ on other sites.

Great Place

Over all it was a great place. Located on a dead end road. Not a lot of traffic. Small neighborhood. Off the beaten path. About a 45 minute drive to Tampa. Not on the beach but that’s what makes it affordable. I enjoyed my stay.

Hockey Tournament

We stayed here when my son played at Advent Center Ice Arena. Very easy and fast commute. It was a great and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and just like the pictures. Eric was absolutely amazing for our host! We would definitely stay here again!!

Good location but not clean

I take no pleasure in leaving less than a great review, but this place was extremely unclean. Our socks were black the entire stay, there were bugs in several of the rooms that we had to help outside. Considering the cost that we paid combined with the lack of cleanliness….very disappointing. Sorry to leave a poor review but perhaps it will be cleaner for the next family.

Needs lots of work

Chips in a plate, bowl, and coffee cup. Brown spot in another cup. Cabinet doors don't have closures. Ant trap in cupboard with glasses and spices. Chips in the tile floors. Freezer shelf has rust all over it. My husband put cardboard over it. Rug under the coffee table is filthy. About 8" of baseboard under front window has lots of holes. Bedroom with queen bed has a 4" piece of the blind missing. Ironing board cover is filthy. Master bedroom has a 1" square piece of just the paint color cut out and another in the master bathroom. One bug between my sheets. Very small bugs in a cup of water on nightstand. Big ant in laundry room. Lawn not mowed.

We moved here from Ohio way back in 1998 to get away from the cold weather and gray skies. And we've been hosting vacation rentals since about 2002. Its fun and we get to meet so many nice people.

Why they chose this property

This is a nice quite neighborhood in a top rated school district. When our kids were younger we bought this house for that reason. Since then it has been a great temporary home for many families, coming to town for many different reasons.

What makes this property unique

We are one of the few homes that allows pets, and i think that's something people are really looking for.
