Amazing host and wonderful location

The main floor bedroom is spacious with a huge bathroom and closet. Wonderful location, walk to the beach and restaurants. the host is great with communication and very responsive. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Very nice rental. Very roomy and lots of storage. Very friendly and helpful owner. Apartment is clean and comfortable. One of my favorite things were the large windows that opened. Love the fresh air. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything you will need. Great restaurants just around the corner and grocery stores just up the street a bit. I stayed for four months and will be returning again this year. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Top Location and Comfortable, Affordable Room

My husband and I stayed at this property for just over one month. The location is perfect with an easy walk to Hermosa Beach pier and beach with its many restaurants and bars. There is also a large supermarket (Vons) in close proximity. The room is spacious (more spacious than the pics show) and decorated in French Provincial decor. The bathroom is huge with an adjoining walk-in wardrobe. This bathroom that runs off the bedroom duals as a small kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. The host is very easy to communicate with and really friendly. She makes you feel very welcome. The property is safe, secure and private. We found this little gem a great place to retreat to after a busy day out. The bed is super comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good place to stay. I didn't receive check-in information until about 24 hours beforehand, which was a bit stressful, but otherwise communication was smooth. The shower wasn't draining for the first couple of days but the property owner had it fixed quickly. I stayed for 7 weeks and had some issues with police coming to the connected house twice and the neighbor banging aggressively on the apartments windows one night... but besides these instances it was quiet. It's only a 5 minute walk to Hermosa Beach which is lovely, and it came with parking which was a HUGE help. There didn't appear to be an AC in the unit.... so for summer it was toasty. Overall nice and more spacious than expected, I'd come again!
