Welcome to the Opulent and Meticulously Black Bungalow in West Midtown. This Luxury home is located in West Midtown area of Atlanta and is not your ordinary stay, it is an experience. When you first enter the home you will be greeted by aesthetically pleasing decor. Near plenty of restaurants, lounges, and day life. 9 minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 15 minutes to Downtown Atlanta, & 20 minutes to the Atlanta Airport. Unwind and enjoy the luxurious feel of this home.

This 2 Bed/2 Bath stunner has a Master Suite that is to die for!!!! It has a plush queen sized bed, soft linen, and features a 50' TV. The closet is stocked with two white plush robes and extra towels & pillows. The Master Bath has a his and her shower along with an amazing tub for you to unwind. The bathroom is stocked with your hotel essentials to give you a five star experience. There are also grey face towels to use for your makeup. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with extra towels in the closet and is connected to the guest bathroom which has a beautiful stone shower.

The living room features an open concept with a 50' TV and plush sectional for you to sit on. The Kitchen has an open concept and is fully stored. It includes a Keurig with assorted coffee flavors, pots & pans, cups, wine glasses, and more.

Wifi is available and both TVs are smart TVs with all Apps.
Parking is available right out front.

Self Check-In is available. Cameras and Security are on the Premises.
Smoking of any kind & Hookah are NOT Permitted. $300 damage fee will be taken.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. $500 damage fee will be given and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
There is a $5 damage fee for towels.

Absolutely NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN IT IS A $1,000.00 FINE AND YOU will be asked to leave with no refund.
Absolutely NO LOUD MUSIC. Quiet hours are between 10PM to 10AM. You will be fined $300.00 if this rule is broken.
I will be available 24/7 for any and questions.

Very Clean and Nice

House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Inside of the house looks way better contrary to what some may think looking from the outside
