The Space:

Welcome to your home base in Condado, designed for a seamless mix of modern comfort and exciting amenities. This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for guests who want a central location close to the beach, dining, and nightlife.



Living Area:

Relax in the cozy living room with plush seating, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows.



Kitchen and Dining:

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, along with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four in a bright, open space.



Bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: Features a queen bed with soft bedding, bedside tables, and reading lamps. A spacious closet and natural light make this a comfortable retreat.

- Second Bedroom: Also offers a queen bed, tranquil decor, and a large closet for your belongings.



Shared Balcony:

Step outside to the shared balcony to enjoy the warm tropical breeze and scenic views of the Condado neighborhood.



Bathrooms:

Both bathrooms are newly renovated, with modern walk-in showers and essential toiletries provided.

Practical details: This apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs only.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the entire apartment and public shared areas within the building.

Gaming area is found in the 1st floor.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with stairs leading to the entry door. Unfortunately, there are no passenger elevators in our building.



The Neighborhood:

Condado is an upscale, oceanfront, tree-lined, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Condado is one of the forty neighborhoods of San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean next to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Condado is one of the island's primary tourist destinations.



Getting Around:

Parking in Condado is limited. Therefore, we recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Condado being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
