We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is very spacious, and we could spread out. We loved playing games together and cooking smores over the campfire. The dumpster was close so we could dispose of our trash easily. The beds were so comfortable, and we could hear the roar of the river which was very cool for this Kansas family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. We will definitely stay there again!
We were challenged with several failures of old mechanical equipment and fixtures during our stay but that is somewhat expected in an old cabin. The owners reacted quickly and did everything they could to try and make us comfortable. Even though the structure was in need of repairs, the property and setting is beautiful and hard to match. We will definitely be back for a future stay once repairs are complete.
