Hospitality Plus

This property suited our needs well because of its flexibility - bedroom arrangements plus bunkie provided perfect options for various come-and-go family configurations. The open-concept cottage was bright and spotless, and offered all amenities to make our stay relaxing. The beach is narrow and shoreline stoney for a few feet, but that didn't deter the cousins and young adults from spending hours in the water with the "pad" provided by M&M Retreat. Then they "mined" clay from the lake bottom and created "pottery". On the cooler day, we got out our Croquet, Bocce and Waddies, lazed in the hammock and deck loungers, played boardgames in the large covered patio, and walked the beach. Full moon and sound of waves were idyllic background to quiet evening campfires. The rare times we called on Mary Kay and Mitch, they were above-and-beyond responsive. We concur with the well-deserved high ratings and would not hesitate to return to M&M Retreat on the lake near Wainfleet.
