Historic Brick Homestead

[𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - inquire about list of services!]

Welcome to the Historic Brick Homestead! This beautiful home features a unique style that reflects the prosperity of Loveland's past. Constructed in the 1920s by renowned contractor William W. Green, it was part of the Clearview 2nd Addition district featuring stunning and homogeneous one-story brick bungalows. This home has an amazing historical value as several of Loveland's most distinguished citizens of the 1920s to the 1940s lived there.

This vintage Loveland home is where old-world charm meets modern convenience! You'll be in awe from the moment you step inside, starting with the sunroom that overlooks stunning Rocky Mountain views. Inside you'll find original window glass and a bright family dining area, offering plenty of space for all your loved ones. The cherry on top? The kitchen of course! This kitchen has been carefully renovated with unique stained hardwood floors and backsplash, giving it an authentic old-town feel - while still being fully equipped with everything needed to whip up delicious meals.

Welcome to a home that truly has it all! The main floor offers two bedrooms complete with high-quality linens, plus an updated bathroom with all the travel toiletries you'll need for your stay.

Head down to the ground level and find your own entertainment oasis. Enjoy cable access on the TV or take in some fresh air in the large, enclosed backyard—complete with turf grass for playing games, a solo stove for safe firepit evenings, and a grill ready for summer cookouts.

You'll also love exploring downstairs where you can feast your eyes on a musically-themed art collection and admire the exposed ceiling structure. Plus, there's plenty of extra space too—a king-size bedroom area, private bathroom, and washer/dryer facility included! This property also has a double-paned brick structure provides a self-regulating temperature regardless of the weather outside.

Super Cute Place
This house is so super cute! Updated throughout with tons of character and charm. The reason for my 4 stars is because of an incident of the electric bill not being paid by the home owner. The city worker came to shut off the electricity for non payment while we were there. Luckily since we saw them they turned the water off instead so we could still have heat. The company handling the home was wonderful and took care of it very quickly however we did go without water for 6 hours until it was turned back on. The only thing the company offered us was bottled waters. We would stay here again though - hoping the bill thing was just an overcite and a one time thing.
