We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The layout was great and it was a very comfortable space. Our dog loving family LOVED this house and yard. It was like a vacation for us AND our pups!! The host was very kind and responsive. The kitchen was great (we like to cook) the beds and linens very comfortable, and the yard space was perfect. Definitely will stay here again when in Loveland.

It was clear from the beginning that Garry takes his hosting responsibilities seriously. Everything we needed was there. Really appreciated extra touches like meat thermometer to use with the fabulous grill, . The deck and back yard were the best- the young kids ran around shrieking while us oldsters relaxed and talked. Can’t recommend this place enough! We got compliments from everyone at our reunion on what a great place it was. Lastly, super fast and helpful communication.

We found the property to be comfortable and clean. The cleaners didn't mention to the owner that the house was out of coffee. When I notified him, he promptly got coffee and delivered it to the house for us.

It was amazing how accommodating we felt staying here, there really wasnt anything we needed that the host didn’t already provide. The only reason I didn’t give perfect stars on the price was because of the fees added onto the total cost which I realize the host has no control of that. Amazing Property, Very Pet Friendly

Needed a place while traveling with a high energy Border Collie, great backyard with plenty of space for her to run around and get her exercise. Enormous kitchen with almost everything you'd need to make most meals. Very happy staying here.

Loveland stay

The property was great. The only complain I have is the smell (musty with a mix of wet dog) but I totally get that it’s pet friendly. We bought some spray and after a few days, I didn’t smell it anymore.

Welcome to our cozy home! What makes our property special is how thoughtfully it’s designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for families, friends, and anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Located just 6 minutes from downtown Loveland, you'll have easy access to shops, cafes, and entertainment, while enjoying the privacy and quiet of our home.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has plenty of space for everyone. You’ll love gathering in the living room by the woodburning fireplace or sharing a meal at the large dining table. We’ve added thoughtful touches like a baby gate in the living room, premium bedding and mattresses, and a variety of card and board games for both kids and adults. There are also plenty of books to read if you want to unwind by the fire.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including an electric range stove, breakfast bar, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and blender. It’s perfect for cooking family meals, and there’s plenty of seating with the dining table and island seating for 3.

For entertainment, there are 3 TVs with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and cable. Whether you’re watching a movie, playing board games, or relaxing by the fire, there’s something for everyone. If you need to work, we have a desk in one of the bedrooms.

The large, enclosed backyard is a highlight—perfect for outdoor gatherings with seating for 10, a wood-burning firepit, propane firepit, and even a paddleboard for fun. It’s a private space where you can enjoy the fresh air, and we welcome your furry friends with pet beds, toys, and a pooper scooper.

With free parking in the driveway and street, and grocery stores, restaurants, and parks just a short walk or drive away, this home blends comfort, style, and practicality. We can’t wait for you and your pets to enjoy all the little details that make this place special!
