What a great little house! Everything was clean and comfortable. Dogs loved the perfect backyard. Sarah communicated well and we had not issues whatsoever during our 4 day stay.
Very cute and quirky (in a good way) house. The fenced in yard worked great for my dog. Sarah even had a dog bed and bowls available in case you forgot yours. The place was clean and comfortable. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around too.

Thank you, Margaret! You are welcome back anytime, you were a pleasure to host :)
Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add.
Everything was just as described. Nice place, and location. Chickens were a fun addition! My son loved them. The place was comfortable and everything was there to cook meals.
This house is okay for a stay if you need to be in the area. It is pretty much exactly as pictured, the only really unexpected thing is that the double bed bedroom has no A/C, just a fan, so it gets pretty hot, especially with pretty flimsy curtains. Between the heat and the lack of decent blackout curtains in the small bedroom, our kids didn't sleep the best. The beds also weren't very comfy. The place is also very much a low effort vacation rental. There is an absolute minimum of expected amenities in terms of kitchen ware and supplies. There was dish soap and laundry soap, sponge and gloves, some extra TP, one set of towels per guest, extra blankets, a drip coffee machine with cheap coffee grounds, and salt and pepper. Plus whatever airport books have been abandoned. There was not: tissues, coffee filters, more than 1 non-decorative pillow per person, or available outlets near the bed that felt particularly safe to use. There is also a small square of hallwayish space where all the bedrooms and living room and bathroom meet where there is a huge (and in IMO outdoor-style) metal grate on the floor that was not pleasant to walk on, but my in-laws claimed that's a totally normal heating grate. The yard was great for our dog, and everyone loved the chickens. The house has some really interesting midcentury architectural details. It doesn't seem like much has been updated except the appliances since it was built. This was both a plus and a minus. The couch was very comfy.
Nice clean cute little house. Perfect if traveling with pets. Walked them around the neighborhood with them felt safe. Sarah was quick to respond with a couple questions we had. Would stay here again.
