Newly renovated lower level in duplex with 3 bdrms, 2 bathroom with rainfall showers, and an office space with high-speed internet. Enjoy the large private backyard with iguanas, tropical birds, and a large swimming pool. Owners live upstairs and are available to assist, along with lovable Maggie the Bulldog. Short 5-minute walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Additional ammenities available for a fee include stocked fridge, excursions, golf cart rental, laundry, and airport shuttle.

The pool was a great feature of the property, offering a refreshing place to cool off and relax after a day of exploring. Surrounded by tropical landscaping, it provided a peaceful setting to unwind and enjoy the warm Costa Rican weather.

Every night a large animal was in the roof making lots of noise. Kept us awake with very little sleep. The host was apologetic and would try and remedy the issue but problem was not solved. The time spent away from the house was miserable due to a lack of sleep. Also, upon arrival there was trash in the front of the house. It was cleaned up upon our request. Front door was also coming off of its hinges.

We had the best time in Coco!!

We absolutely loved this location and being a block from town with all its great restaurants, shops and amenities. The property is locked and safe. The pool was a great bonus! Easy walk to the grocery. We didn’t have a car and could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. This property was the perfect way for us to spend our week exploring this special little town. We really appreciate all that Theresa did to accommodate us while we were there. Thank you so much!!
