Large deck overlooking private backyard, perfect for entertaining. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room (shared with front unit).. Brand-new full-sized sleep sofa. Although this unit has no off-street parking it's never been an issue for the occupants whom always find a spot on their same street. This unit is very reasonably priced for this market.
