Upgrades include brand new roof, siding, outdoor shower, kitchen cabinets and Corian counters, along with new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Front yard with BBQ & Table & Chairs that sit 4. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room (shared with front unit). Brand-new full-sized sleep sofa in Living room. 2 Twin beds in Master can be converted to King. Trundle in back bedroom. Although this unit has no off-street parking it's never been an issue for the occupants whom always find a spot on their same street. This unit is very reasonably priced for this market.
