Conveniently located POOLSIDE on the first floor with a private patio to enhance your living/relaxing space. The condo was recently refreshed and additional upgrades were added. The tiled living area features a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cook top The Ocean View features include: a large pool, sundeck, poolside bar and BBQ, fitness center, laundry facilities, private storage, and assigned parking. The building is centrally located within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, nightlife, and community recreation. WIFI IS INCLUDED parking spot #17 Across street from Icona Golden Inn and behind the Windrift!

Beach block! Pool! Need Linen service - please contact for all your linen rental needs, drop off, bed made and pick up when you leave. Al la Carte linen rental service for additional fee. $100 for party of 2, $180 party of 4. Includes everything from bed linens, bed made, bathroom towels, beach towels.
