We really enjoyed staying in Eric’s apartment! It was squeaky clean and full of lots of lovely little touches. The beds were super comfy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very nice accommodation in contemporary style throughout. Very clean. Beds comfortable but mattresses need to be rotated. Bin for recycling would be nice in kitchen Living room needs at least one more comfortable chair. Appreciate tvs in each bedroom. We found Michael D’s best place for breakfast. Town of Wallace nearby is fun and had fabulous lunch at Blackboard. Town of Sandpoint has 43 mile long lake and enjoyable boat cruise. Really enjoyed our one week stay in this beautiful area!

Everything you can need and then some make up wipes, disposable razor and shaving cream, coffee all the little extras and the beds by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and Eric was very fast to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend. Cute little neighborhood very close to the highway shops, restaurants, etc.

The location is fabulous a short drive to downtown Coeur d’Alene. Safe quiet neighborhood Eric was very fast to respond. I needed to extend my stay twice was having problems with the app. He was extremely helpful. Everything you need and more. It’s the little touches like the disposable razor, shaving cream, makeup removers. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, as as well as the linens feel very fortunate to have found such a cute cozy spot highly recommend.

Quick responses from Eric, he was very thoughtful to have phone chargers in nearly every room and our stay was delightful! We came from Montana to have Thanksgiving with family in Spirit Lake and it was the perfect place!

Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay at the Mid-Town Coeur d'Alene Apartment. Close and easy drive to downtown CDA and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the attention to detail. Will stay again if traveling for work in the area.

Clean and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Midtown apartments! The place was very clean and easy to access. Plus there were a few bonus amenities like phone chargers in each nightstand, coffee and snacks, and ACs in the bedroom which were essential as it was a heat wave while we were there! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Cute and updated

It was a very nice place to stay, clean, and very pleasantly surprised with all the thoughtful amenities that were stocked from bottled water to a bathroom full of toiletries just in case! The designated parking space was also a huge bonus. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be booking again when we come back!

Comfortable

The owner thought of everything, from phone chargers on each bedside table to disposable makeup wipes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels super soft and a shower that I didn’t want to leave. To top it all off, the location was excellent and the place was very clean.

Darling and dialed!

This spot was perfect and super comfortable for my husband, daughter and I for a short trip to CDA for the a soccer game. Wish we could have stayed another night! Lovely remodeled space with all the right amenities - the rain shower was heaven. Well done!
