Not nearly worth the money, dirty, very outdated.

It is time to renovate this unit. Everything about this unit needs upgraded and a good deep-cleaning. You are greeted by dirty 1960's shag carpeting, many kitchen drawers/cupboards are sticky and some don't open/shut. Bathroom shower downstairs is ready to fall apart, bathroom fixtures are only partially operative. Closets are filled with 'junk', wi-fi does not handle three tv's and/or personal devices. TV's are old, small flat screens that were frozen most of the time due to inadequate wi-fi. Kitchen floor was covered with 'stick-on' carpet tiles over whatever used to be there. Furniture is outdated & could use a steam cleaning.

Why they chose this property

Crescent Bar Condos is a very friendly, private resort with great views of the Columbia River and the basalt cliffs. There are 2 9 hole golf courses nearby, convenience stores, restaurants, and ice cream/coffee shops. The resort has a very large pool and hot tub w/a kiddie pool nearby. There are also a boat launch out back near our gated parking lot to put your boat in the water. Also, your kids can enjoy playing in the nearby playground.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because of the way all the units face toward the gated courtyard giving you a greater sense of community and safety amongst your neighbors for your kids and to gather as a family in various units nearby.
