A sun filled home that is private and peaceful, this quiet, SELF CHECK IN apartment is on the top floor of a renovated historic home and has amenities for families, business travelers, and students alike, including queen beds, AC, WiFi, a smart TV, washer + dryer, sound machines, oven, dishwasher, and more! Beautiful + safe neighborhood with restaurants, shops and parks all within a few blocks, and NYC only a 10 minute train away.

The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment. 3 blocks away is Hamilton Park, with lawns, playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gym, and occasional farmers market.

The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk away through cute residential streets.

Guests have full, private access to the top floor of the brownstone.

The apartment is both modern and cozy, with one private bedroom, an open sleeping alcove, and a pull-out queen size couch, both in the living room. The space is open, with hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Scroll down to the Notes section for some additional offers we have!

The sun pours in to make for a cheery space and there are adjustable blackout shades in the bedroom and sleeping alcove for a good nights rest.

The kitchen has brand new appliances and there is an in-unit washer and dryer, with all the tools to make a meal for the whole group!

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the Path train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train or Uber to Newark Airport.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.

Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
