Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, the Drummond House accommodates up to 10 guests with ample parking in a four-car driveway. Bring up to 2 dogs (only) with a signed agreement and a $300 per dog fee paid after booking to share in your Nashville adventure.

- Dogs (only) are welcome for an additional $300/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.
-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
We're available when you need us, but will allow you to enjoy Nashville on your own!
