About this property

This luxurious suite is located in the lower level of a residential household completely remodeled in 2023. Featuring its own private driveway, garage, and entrance, you can feel a sense of privacy during your stay. Cambria Countertops provide a luxurious entertainment space, along with a beautiful tiled shower. Relax by the creek located on the property or inside the private sunroom during the leisure hours of your stay. Creekside and backyard landscaping currently underway, to be finished summer 2023.

Entire studio-style lower level is dedicated to guest use as well as attached sunroom. Private entrance to guest space, as well as a private driveway and garage dedicated only for guest use. One vehicle fits in the garage comfortably. There are no shared indoor spaces.

- Guests must use stairs to access space
- We live on the main floor above this space. Although we do our best to tread lightly and be quiet, there are times where you will be able to hear us as with any multilevel property.
-Attached sunroom is not heated or cooled.

A 'must' place to stay

The place is the way it looks: modern and beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful. Some nights were a bit chilly but a heater was provided so that was easily remedied. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the owner for providing such tranquillity.
