Inside Scottsdale's Gainey Ranch this condo sits on the 2nd green of the Lakes Golf Course with a beautiful sunset view. The first floor single story plan is the most popular within the Oasis development. There is a community pool and hot tub directly across the street from the condo. The condo has been recently remodeled and has a Western Motif theme throughout, with hard floors throughout condo except in the bedrooms and all the amenities you could want. There are 6 sets of golf clubs and two brand new pedal bicycles available. There is an attached 2 car garage with epoxy floors. Nest controlled central air and heat. The condo is very quiet with no neighbors directly above in front or back of the unit. The Gainey Marketplace across the street has a Sprouts grocery store and many top notch and lively restaurants.

We used to live in the condo and now we are in Orange County, California. We love golfing, swimming and relaxing in Arizona and our condo is the perfect spot for all of those activities.
Why they chose this property
Gainey Ranch is a very active and social community. We have owned this unit since the late 1990's and have many friends that we have met through the years that are snow birds and also year round residents.
What makes this property unique
Our unit has the perfect location being on the golf course and facing southwest. We have beautiful mornings on the patio and happy hour on the patio is the perfect place to have your beverage of choice and sit back and relax with family and friends.
