LVP is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, where residents take walks, ride bikes, and you may occasionally see persons on horseback. Seated up on the hill, the historic St. Marks Church overlooks the neighborhood. A 5-minute easterly walk takes you to a cliffside with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Great for picturesque sunrises.
The community park is a 2-minute drive or a short walk away.
