Strictly no Bach/bachelorette parties or any parties of any kind

Outdoor security cameras located on the premises surrounding the exterior.
***For confirmed bookings-you will be contacted a day before or morning of checkin with instructions on how to access the home/schedule a time to meet for keys at the property
Cleaning fee is for 2 week stays and include a cleaning mid stay/upon check out, 4 garbage pick ups, two pool/hot tub cleanings.
