Home is in the heart of Nashville and the center of the Music. Right off of Music Row -- you and your friends get to enjoy this modernized home surrounded by five other brand new homes! The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live....and you don't have to worry about enjoying yourselves b/c everyone is great and loves the vibe! The house comes fully equipped with alarm system inside and security cameras on the outside; they aren't necessary but never hurt to have! There is nothing but fun on the interior. Larger groups are welcome and may be able to work down the fees for larger groups ESPECIALLY if you are staying for multiple nights. Don't hesitate to ask.

Four rooms, three bathrooms, balcony patio, small Bonus Room, and rooftop patio!! Lyft, Uber and Taxis are never more than a 5 minute wait because the house is so close to heavily populated and fun areas. This house is in the best area of Nashville and Downtown and is incredibly spacious! Please inquire for details! Don't hesitate to ask the owner how to get group discounts or work the rates down for larger groups and/or longer stays!!!

This neighborhood has exploded in the past 6 years. Everything around is new and trendy. It's young and professional and people are courteous and friendly. Even with living so close to everything, it's tucked away just far enough so it's never loud. You have DOWNTOWN!!!! tons of food selections and bars all within a quarter mile radius, a liquor store, Whole Foods, Publix, Turnip Truck, Virgin Hotel, W Hotel, all the offerings of the Gulch and Midtown. There is even the only centrally located park in Downtown Nashville across the street between the house and Broadway. So, you can take a stroll in the park or walk to Tin Roof, Midtown and all the great bars on Demonbreun street or go another block to Broadway and BE DOWNTOWN, go another block and hit midtown or go the other block and be in the Gulch. You WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION and it's great never needing a car!!!!

This house was just entirely remodeled in July of 2023 and I'm constantly working to make it better; I truly love the home and I think you will too!!! There isn't too much not to like. Guest are expected to treat the home like it's their own. No pets in the home and no smoking INSIDE the home; only smoking outside of the house. Guest are allowed in the home, but no parties consisting of more than 30 people. Yes, it's tempting because bars and restaurants are so close but if you want a "party house" then this is not the right one.
