Beautiful Casita, was very clean with everything we needed. The grounds and pool were gorgeous with lush plants and landscaping. There was an upper deck as well where we enjoyed birdwatching.

Liz and I just finished a glorious nine-night stay at Casita Alberca in Sayulita. From start to finish, our vacation was wonderful. Beth's property was perfect for our needs; the room was as advertised and the pool was amazing. This was the perfect getaway.The location was walkable to all amenities in the friendly little town. We would return in a heartbeat as we miss it already.

Sayulita paradise

Lovely Casita steps away from a beautiful pool. Gorgeous views of Sayulita. Walking distance to shops restaurants and ocean.Beth was a most welcoming host. Would definitely recommend a stay at Casa Terramar

We had a great stay at Beth's place. She was a great host! and assisted in on anything we needed. In particular to and from the airport. We were there for 2 weeks and it was just as advertised. In particular I needed great wifi to do remote work and it was perfect. Pool and room and view were all wonderful and just an easy walk to the beach and town. One note is it's hilly so if you don't like that to walk, you can rent a golf cart, but walkers would be just fine.

Birthday trip

The property was well maintained, grounds included. We did find a brown scorpion in bathroom sink. Just kept drain closed after that. Perhaps some curtains or shades would add some privacy as well. We had very sheer curtains on a few windows. Our only real issue was being charged more than we were told for our ride from airport to Casa Terrmar. The driver told us it was 205.00, not 180.00 as was quoted.
