Casa Colorín is a brand new 5,000 square foot modern luxury villa located on the north end of Sayulita. Designed and managed by the architect and previous owner of Villa Sol Blau, Casa Colorín is perched on top of a hill with its infinity pool blending into the azul waters of the Pacific Ocean. Listen to the soothing sounds of waves and nature as you overlook the entire bay with access to one of the least crowded beaches in Sayulita only 150 yards away.

On the main level, the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen all flow out into the organic terrace and infinity pool through the large glass doors. The doors can be fully opened or closed depending on the ambience you wish to create. When open, take advantage of the endless ocean views and sounds of rare birds. For a more temperature-controlled environment, a/c units are strategically located throughout the home.

Just one floor above, you will find another open living space under a fresh palapa with fans, a large built-in sofa with a teak table, hammock and more lounge sun chairs. A nice quiet garden surrounds the back of the living area while the front offers more breath taking views of the bay and jungle.

The house has three master suites, each with a private roofed terrace, ceiling fan, hammock and built-in sofa. All suites have a king size bed (one can be arranged as two twin beds), private bathroom with a double sink vanity, top-of-the-line bath and beauty products, hotel security safe, coffee service, a/c and fan. One bedroom is located on the first floor for the comfort of the guests and the other two are located on the second floor - one on each side of the palapa. This luxury villa can sleep a group from 6-8 people. Two extra single beds can be arranged in two of the bedrooms, there is an extra private bathroom with shower in the living room area for the comfort of large groups.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, water filtration system in the cold water, soft close cabinets, and a sound system in the dinning area which can be hooked up to your personal device.
