Casa Mar de Grecia welcomes you to a tropical paradise. 6 bedroom and 7 bathroom beachfront house located in a small private gated community called Punta del Burro with its private beach, 24/7 security and beautiful streets surrounded by flowers in the most typical Mexican style. The beach is just across the street, just a few steps away. The house is fully equipped, with a heated pool, a private garage, Wi-Fi and 2 to 3 days of housekeeping is included. Cooking services, meal delivery, private chefs, chauffeurs, car services, tours, massages and more can be booked at an extra cost when reservation is confirmed.

Casa Mar de Grecia is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or family vacation. We recommend renting a car for your stay. Located 5 minutes from Punta de Mita, known for its beaches, restaurants, golf and more; 15 minutes from Sayulita, known for its beaches, surfing, culture and colors; also close to La Cruz, Bucerias and about 40 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport.

The house also has a kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and vests for some fun days at the beach. The best activities near the house are taking some surfing lessons (surf school and board rentals are about 2 minutes from the house by car or in Punta de Mita), going paddle boarding, and hiking to the famous “cerro del mono” also a few minutes by car from the house. Punta de Mita is also known for its FANTASTIC dining options and many food styles (Italian, steakhouse, seafood, french, japanese, spanish, chinese, fusion, mexican, grill).

Fantastic family vacation

Beautiful Location

A HIDDEN GEM IN PARADISE

Our stay at Casa Mar de Grecia was amazing. The house was very clean and beautifully kept. Matilde, Pablo, Ivan, Brayan took care of all our needs. Will definitely plan a trip there again.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time. Had Matillde fix us a couple of dinners which were very yummy. You really need a car, there's nothing around close by. There were 10 adults in our party, plenty of room for all. Pool seemed larger in the picture, but worked out well.

Top Location in Riviera Nayarit

The rooms of the house are as advertised. Very roomy with lovely terraces on the second floor. The house is tucked behind another so you need to walk 30 steps to the beach to see the sunset! Very quiet and protected neighborhood with very few neighbors. You really feel as if you have the beach to yourself most days. Great location between Punta Mita and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle makes getting around very easy. The kitchen(s) are adequate for the house. Really great for a mulit-generational family vacation.

Great Family Location

The property was very nice and well suited for all the 12 family members. Pool was great for the kids and adults alike. Lots of spaces to get together as a group as well as spaces to get away on your own. Matilda did a wonderful job of keeping the place clean as well as an outstanding job cooking dinners for us! All the food was amazing. Thank you to the staff for your care and attention. The house to close to Punta de Mita and there are lots of great restaurants there and lots of excursions to do in the area. We had a wonderful holiday Thank you.

Wonderful beachfront stay

Trip was better than expected. We had 5 kids and 7 adults, and the pool was a perfect size for all; not too big that there was no patio room, but not too small that the fam would be crowded. The beach was right across the street, and we took 15-20 minute walks to a huge tide pool which the little ones loved. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and the two kitchens worked out great. We had a chef make meals for us every other day so we could explore the restaurants in town for several meals. Great experience! Muchas gracias!!

Friends Week in Punta Mita

Wonderful location in a safe gated community, just a few steps from the water. Interaction with Pablo and Grecia was prompt and couldn't be easier. Mathildé was our housekeeper and she was fast and easy, everything was cleaned perfectly each day. The beach in front of the property was lovely but the water is a little rougher and the sand is steep, so we often took day trips to other beaches very close by. You can walk from the property down the beach to the west and reach much more calm/less steep beaches. The property is lovely it's 2 duplexes of 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms each and a kitchen each. The master bedrooms are enormous and each bedroom has a/c units. Very comfy beds too. We stayed mid-July and it was sweltering but the a/c helped. The pool was a lifesaver! Because of the hot weather and the ocean being extremely warm as well, the pool (while also very warm but not salty and cooled down at night) was helpful as a way to cool down. We used the patio umbrellas to try and maximize the shade over the pool - for Grecia, I think some shade for the pool would be very helpful for hot summer days. Two parking spots for our cars were helpful The house is lovely and in a great location, right off the main highway between Punta Mita and PV. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, all 12 of us loved the house and it's a great deal for such a cool, unique property.
