Great getaway spot

The property is top notch. Three great bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Located well in the overall property. Very clean. Everything worked. The patio space was amazing. Great views of the resort and the ocean. Quiet and restful.

The property was so much better in person than in the advertisement. You can just feel the luxurious setting you’re in as soon as you step foot onto the resort. The staff and personnel of the resort are very professional and kind. The surrounding area is also very private and safe. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

Summer vacation

The room, property, and grounds were beautiful. Perfect if you just want to chill. Not much else going on for activities but the beach, pool, and gym were fantastic. Perhaps during higher season there may have been more going on. We mostly cooked our own meals and went to a couple of restaurants in Bucerias. The restaurants here were nothing special/overpriced.

beautiful and relaxing

This condo is not only steps from the beach but also steps from the pool, great dining options, spa services, and workout facilities. The owners helped us coordinate our transportation from the airport and had helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and beach towns worth visiting, like Bucerias and Sayulita. Our condo was open and inviting with unobstructed views of the pool and ocean- both from inside the unit and on the expansive balcony. The grounds are spacious and the property is quiet and so relaxing. I will definitely rent from these owners again and highly recommend this property.

Great location for beach vacation!

Took a week vacation with my wife & friends & their young kids. Was our 3rd visit here. Perfect location and resort pool is great for relaxing or just a couple of steps away is the beach. Unit is comfortable with view over the pool and ocean. Plan to stay again.

We purchased this property after getting tired of the crowds in Cabo San Lucas. The Nuevo Vallarta area is absolutely beautiful, not nearly as crowded as Cabo and safe for children. The Villa La Estancia is within walking distance of Buceria, which is a quaint fishing village with nice restaurants, art shops, etc.

Why they chose this property

The Villa La Estancia has every amenity you could want to make you feel pampered and indulged. The surrounding area is secure, has many fine restaurant choices and there is a beautiful beach where you can walk for miles, watch the sunsets, or even get a massage! If you are looking for someplace to bring your family, have a second honeymoon or just spend some relaxing time by the pool or beach, consider staying at the Villa La Estancia.
