* Updated kitchen, bathrooms and paint Sept 2024. What makes this unit stand out from the rest? Besides the outstanding view, of course....our updated "open concept" floor plan is ideal for families or couples travelling together wanting shared access to the living room/kitchen areas without the use of a key! This layout is an update from the other Villas at Estancia and offers great convenience.

With the sounds of the ocean, a beautiful beach, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, large kitchen/dining/living area, and a fabulous, oversized balcony with views of the beach and pool, you will have plenty of space for the entire family.

The grounds are a tropical paradise. Free access to gym and tennis courts. Relaxing spa on property. The pool –complete with swim-up bar—and multiple hot tubs on the beach manages to be ideal for those looking for a quiet lounge poolside or family fun. The service is exceptional, and the restaurants on premises are excellent.

Just a short walk on the beach will take you to Bucerias, a colorful town sprinkled with incredible restaurants and shops!

24-hour room service is available or dine out at any of the incredible restaurants on premises or nearby.

We absolutely love staying at this Ocean View condo in Bucerías and working with our wonderful host, Jeanine. This condo has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit the area.The space is incredibly comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating six people while still feeling open and relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the day is enjoying coffee and breakfast on the oversized balcony while watching the sunrise. It’s such a peaceful way to start the morning.The property itself creates the perfect getaway. The pool area with the swim-up bar has a lively, festive atmosphere in the afternoons, and the beach is just steps away — literally a few steps and your toes are in the sand heading toward the ocean.We also love how easy it is to explore Bucerías, Punta de Mita and Puerto Vallarta from here. There are so many fantastic local restaurants and places to visit nearby, yet the condo still feels like a serene escape from the busier areas.The La Estanica team is incredibly gracious and attentive, always making sure everything runs smoothly during our stay.This place truly offers the best of both worlds — close enough to enjoy all the energy of PV, but tucked into a peaceful setting that makes it easy to relax and unwind. We always look forward to coming back.

Wonderful Family Getaway in Mexico!

We had a fantastic time in Mexico at this condo! The room was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 kids aged 4, 6 and 8). The pantry included some good staples (sugar, ketchup, etc.) and even, at the time, had deflated floaties organized in a small bin that we borrowed during our stay. Thank you for a fabulous week!

The villa was amazing and so spacious for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the resort itself with the service at the restaurants, beach, and gym. It was a relaxing vacation and the villa is quite upscale. We would love to return in the future again.

Where do I begin? The check-in was streamlined and easy. The unit was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The resort and views from the resort are breathtaking. Everyone there was so friendly and happy to help. Communication with the property owner was an A. I have zero complaints and hope to go back sometime soon. I didn't want to leave.

We had a great time in this properly, which is very nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to have a great time and rest as a family. The pictures are very accurate as the property looks like, and you can find in the apartment everything you need, from the very well equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, laundry soap, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, etc, etc. To the communication with the owner was great, provided also great recommendations on what to do in the area, I really recommend this properly.

We walked in the door and couldn't believe the space and the view of the ocean -- so beautiful. The suite is lovely, spacious, and clean with gorgeous furnishings. Everyone at Villa Estancia was so kind and helpful and I so appreciated Jeanine's communications and advice -- her recommendations of places to eat were spot on! I'll be dreaming of grilled lobster for some time!

Villa La Estancia Ocean View Villa

We enjoyed a fabulous week staying in Jeanine’s condo. The complex is lovely and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. The unit has a well stocked kitchen so we enjoyed coffee early and made breakfast each morning. The beach is great and there are umbrellas for shade. We walked to Bucerias twice. Once on the beach and another time via the path near the front of the complex. Jeanine provided a list of favorite restaurants in Bucerias which was great. All were tasty and very reasonable and just a short cab ride away. Overall, this condo is wonderful and the location is great in Nuevo Vallarta!

We loved visiting this property & this unit so much the first time, that we came back for a second vacation! Once again, we were not disappointed. Perfect location, fantastic space

I originally booked this property for myself and two of my teenagers, but my husband and third teenager decided to join us and there was more than enough room for our family of 5. The rooms were spacious, three full bathrooms was lovely, and the outdoor space was awesome. The beds were comfortable, (including the pullout sofa in the family room which is kinda unheard of), the kitchen was well stocked, and the staff was helpful and accommodating with well maintained grounds and amenities. The owner of the unit was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property, would definitely come back!

Perfect Spring Break Destination

My family really enjoyed this spacious unit. The condo was even better in person. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a one week stay. The washer/dryer came in very handy. We did all-inclusive for half of our stay and spent the other half enjoying some lovely restaurants in town - Karen's on the Beach, Sandrina's & Mezzodigiorno. Our kids are older so popping in a cab to Bucerias for dinner was quick and easy. The staff at Villa La Estancia go above and beyond. They are so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left an expensive piece of jewelry on the beach and the lost & found staff were helpful in locating it. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property, wonderful unit, wonderful owner

We have been vacationing in PV for 10 years and this is our 2nd year staying at VLE and first time utilizing Jeanine's unit. What a terrific experience. The unit is immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and was incredibly comfortable for our family. Our boys are now teenagers and were thankful to have their own space. The unit itself has all the comforts of home including its own separate WiFi. Jeanine was with us every step of the way, making sure we were well prepped for our trip and helping us with restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a terrific property in a great location on the beach and I highly recommend working with Jeanine as an owner.

Spacious Excellence

This is a wonderful property! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The decor is tasteful and well appointed" The balcony is incredible. There is no competition for lounges poolside and ocean access is immediate. The owner responds quickly to any questions or needs you might have. Not under the owner’s control is the cleaning that you arrange with the management. At best it is adequate and twice it was a waste of time. I didn’t feel younger staff had any interest or training in cleaning.

Excellant five star resort

We have stayed in Nuevo Vallarta condos on past visits but Flamingos is by far the nicest place we have stayed. This is a high end 2 bedroom condo with fully stocked kitchen. The double door entry allows you to have the front door open to lets the breeze flow through the entire unit. We rarely needed the air conditioner on. The staff was amazing. Since most of the area was still shut down because of the virus, the staff did a great job finding restaurants that were open. They have a contract with the local taxi service so going out was easy. The shrimp quesadillas served poolside were the best we have had. The property manager was very responsive and helped us navigate through the virus issues that were affecting all of the properties. We would definitely return and rent this same unit.

A Magical Week!

This is our fourth time visiting VLE and maybe our best! The unit was perfect and just as advertised. Clean, fresh and well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the internet was great if you need to do a little work! We loved that we could access the second bedroom from the living room and our kids felt safe and secure. Jeanine was a pleasure to work with. We requested towels daily and scheduled one day of housekeeping, which was perfect. We purchased the all inclusive plan when we arrived, which worked out well and saved us money. The pool and beach were beautiful as usual. The spa is really special so try to make time for a visit. La Casona was delicious and we went to Bucarias and Nuevo Vallarta for dinner a few nights. We also spent a day in Sayulita, a charming surf town just north of the resort. We had a great mix of resort and town experiences that made the trip exciting and special, especially for our kids. Can't wait to return.

This place was nicely decorated yet it felt like a home too. Very convenient to the pool area. The grill wasn’t used and we went out to eat at night but had options to stay in and cook because place has everything you would need. Owner was very helpful with places to eat and shop. She also answered timely when we had a tv issue. Once the correct remote was found in the couch cushions, the guys were good! The resort was crowded with spring break and you had to go out early to get a chair. Signs say you can’t hold chairs but people do. So we just went out early and got our own. The grill at pool caters faster to those ordering on the beach or pool versus sitting in their patio area. We left because our order never came and another family had to go to bar to get their own drinks. That was only negative though. This home is very roomy both inside and on patio area. You’ll enjoy your stay.

A little slice of heaven

We plan an annual trip to the Vallarta area each year. This was our first experience using VRBO to book our accommodations. We could not have found a more beautiful place or a more welcoming host! The communication was quick, insightful and exactly what we needed. This property is tucked away in Nuevo Vallarta near Bucerias. The condo was extremely spacious and inviting, with all the necessities provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and it balcony provided the perfect view of the pool and ocean. The best place to sip coffee or an evening cocktail. Nothing was out of place and it truly felt like you were walking into your own home. A short taxi ride delivers a fun dining area, market and beach time in Bucerias, Punta Mita or Vallarta. The recommended restaurants by our host, Jeanine, were spot on! We tried Adauto's and Karen's on the Beach which were magnificent. We tried to get to Sandrina's but didn't prepare ahead of time. You need to email your reservation request as they are completely booked each night. Still go to see the art and store which are stunning. Thank you again, Jeanine! We look forward to returning to your beautiful condo again!

Villa la Estancia is individually owned villas in an exclusive, secure setting. We absolutely fell in love with Villa La Estancia the first time we walked on to the property. Now, after two Villa purchases, we love it more than ever. Of our homes, this is our favorite and the one we can see ourselves moving to full-time some day. It is comfortable and first-class at the same time. The management works to take care of each guest in a way we rarely have seen in our travels. We hope you will feel the same way when you make your trip!

What makes this property unique

Our Villa is an open concept. This allows for easier access to the kitchen and living area for those staying in the guest suite. Villa La Estancia is private and not over-crowded. It's located near Bucerias, which is a lovely town with lots of great restaurants and shops. There is always something fun to see there. It's also close to Sayulita - known for surfing- and Old Town Puerto Vallarta - just a taxi cab ride away. If you want fresh seafood, you are close to the marina and fish market and can go pick up the fresh catches of the day. Our full kitchen is ready for you to cook whatever you pick up, and the outdoor terrace grill is ready to go, too! This locale is very family-oriented!
