The villa is located in the center of the property, allowing for spectacular views. It was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. We've been going to this resort for over 15 years, every year at least once, but some years even 3 times and I can't say anything bad about this resort. Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Villa Estancia property for a wedding nearby at Bucerias. It’s a great location between nueva Vallarta and Punta Mita. The beach is clean and not to busy. The resort food and accommodations were excellent. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect spacious rental for family of 4

We stayed here for spring break with our 15 and 18 year olds. The rental was great, comfortable, clean, so spacious. The property is fantastic, ocean view - we saw whales from the balcony, large beautiful pool, pristine grounds, friendly staff. We visited all the onsite restaurants, used the gym, walked to nearby Bucerias for lunch. It was a wonderful trip. Highly recommend this rental!

There was a problem registering but the owner intervened and the issue was straightened out. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned and the owner responded by getting management to clean again.
