Beautiful room, comfortable, ocean view, center of building 2. Updated decor. Better than all other properties our parties have stayed at thus far over past 5 years. Great Stay!

Teri was amazing and the place was beautiful, clean and everything she said it was…and more! We got stuck an extra day because our flight was cancelled and Teri let us stay an extra day at a discounted rate! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Villa Estancia property for a wedding nearby at Bucerias. It’s a great location between nueva Vallarta and Punta Mita. The beach is clean and not to busy. The resort food and accommodations were excellent. Would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Visit

The villa is located in the center of the property, allowing for spectacular views. It was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, and the overall property was well-designed with a professional staff. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

We love Puerto Vallarta and loved staying at this location. We stay at the Villas all the time and love Estancia for their location, privacy and large rooms. The hosts were great! We appreciate there communication!

We had a fantastic trip! Teri was great with communication and even shared some of her favorite restaurants which we tried and enjoyed! Her unit was exactly as she described. You can’t beat the view from her deck. The resort and staff were great. Couldn’t have had a more relaxing trip. We will definitely be coming back!

We've been going to this resort for over 15 years, every year at least once, but some years even 3 times and I can't say anything bad about this resort. The unit we stayed in is immaculate and it has everything to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and secure. We loved it and definitely will keep going back.
