All sleeping areas are located on the left side of the home. One bedroom sleeps two on the main floor with a queen bed. Upstairs, a loft comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen, plus a small half bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the smaller living room can accommodate two additional guests.
OUTSIDE:
The spacious deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dinner al fresco. The deck overlooks the lake and offers spectacular views that are sure to take your breath away. Recently added, the deck is covered, screened-in, and has ceiling fans that help keep the space cool in the summer and provide lighting in the evening. The outdoor dining table seats six, plus two additional seating areas with couches and a sectional. You’ll also find a flatscreen TV and an outdoor bar.
Next to the deck, a gas grill and fire pit with adirondack chairs await you for roasting s’mores and relaxing.

What makes this property unique
BOAT RAMP:
The neighborhood boat ramp is walking distance or a quick drive down the road. Guests are welcome to use it. To get to the ramp, walk to the top of the driveway (facing away from the property), and take a left. Follow the road until it dead ends, then take a left. The ramp is at the bottom of the hill.
PROXIMITY TO MARINAS:
Conley Bottom Marina is the closest marina by BOAT (directly across the lake. You can see it from the ramp.) Lees Ford Marina is the closest marina by CAR (20-25 minute drive).
LIVING SPACES:
Step inside and you'll be greeted by an inviting interior, complete with comfortable furnishings, locally-inspired decor, and all of the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay. This home is a true blend of rustic and modern. TWO living rooms - the first with 20 ft ceilings, rustic wood-planked walls, a cozy floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a built-in reading nook bench, and a sleeper sofa. The second living room is spacious, modern, and open concept to the kitchen and dining area with a large TV and plenty of seating. Wifi and cable TV provided. Both living rooms have direct access to the back deck which overlooks the lake.
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2024 and is fully stocked, including cooking supplies, servingware, and a traditional coffee maker. Mimicking the beautiful green color of the lake, sage colored cabinets are complimented by quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The pantry cabinet is convenient for storing groceries during your visit. Barstools at the island are provided for enjoying casual meals or socializing around the kitchen.
The main floor also has two full bathrooms.
Washer and dryer are located in the unfinished walkout basement.
