Fully stocked and close to several restaurants as well as fast food, shopping, putt-putt, Robert Edge Pkwy, and the beach! This 1st-floor family-friendly condo on the Intracoastal Waterway is located in N. MB. The condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath with central AC, W/D, D/W, 2 pools w/hot tub, and is located in a safe gated community only a short 3 min. drive to the beach. There are 3 beds and a pull-out couch. A 15% DISCOUNT is available for 7+ nights. 30% DISCOUNT applied to 30+ night bookings. 2 night stay upon request. Family friendly with high chair, playpen, and stroller with several items to keep little ones occupied while you relax. Quiet hours per HOA are 11 pm - 7am. Motorcycles are permitted in the community however please be mindful of excessive noise as this is not allowed. The condo is close to the front gate and within walking distance of the pools. ***Please note there is 1 security camera placed outside the front door to keep the property safe. Per the HOA rules ESA’s are not considered service animals and are not allowed. If caught bringing a pet you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $500. No smoking in property and no parties! Golf carts are not allowed in community.

It is a gated community with 2 pools on the Intracoastal Waterway. This 1st floor condo is an easy 3-minute drive to the beach where there is a ton of parking. This community is located close to all there is to do in N. Myrtle Beach.

What makes this property unique

This condo is quiet! So often the closer to the beach you stay you hear traffic and people surrounding your unit. Our condo is set off the main road but still conveniently located to everything around you. Also being on the waterway is enjoyable and relaxing.
