Lovely and easy beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean and well laid out, we had plenty of room for our family of four. A parking spot right out front and a water faucet to rinse sand off was perfect. The beds and couch were so comfy, the beach was a short walk across the street, and the beach itself is private so it wasn't crowded. We were driving distance to so many amazing activities and restaurants. Walking distance to several restaurants actually. Bring a car if you stay here so that you can easily drive to visit the Blue Angels and the Lighthouse and Naval Aviation museum.

The HOA is watching

The unit was clean, open, and bright. But we did not even make it to the front door before neighbors were asking us questions and telling us what we could and could not do. There is 1 parking space. The instructions tell you to park street and put the pass in the window. So you cannot park in the driveway to the garage. It makes no sense. I felt like we were being watched the entire time. The HOA or neighbors were Johnny on the spot when anyone walked in or used the pool. I did not feel welcome. Cost for towing if you don’t put a pass in the window is 280.

Nice but….

The condo was nice but they needed to spray the outside of the house especially the basement it had large palmetto bugs and spiders. Maybe provide bug spray for guests just in case.the microwave broke and we had specifically bought microwaveable foods for the teens. It was replaced the next day but that evening we had no food to eat in the house other than microwave options as we had already eaten all the sandwich stuff the day before. The communication was great
