Stop scrolling and book! First, the unit is spectacular. 2 primary bedrooms, every detail tended. Immaculate. Check in was best I’ve had a hotel ever. Same with check out. The W is beautiful. The pool is wonderful, staff attentive and the pool bar was no different. Beach service was excellent and they have sufficient staff. I found 1 to be stunning, but service lacks at pool and beach. W was superb. Manageable property in terms of size and the Living Room bar is a true destination - late nightcaps here were perfect. We will be back!!!

Miami stay

My first time staying in Miami and I was pleased that the condo matched the listing exactly. Luxury Rentals provided a special surprise for my sister's birthday and personal service at check in. Even when we encountered a couple of issues they were fast to respond. Of course the condo location at The W provided the extras we wanted, beach front, restaurants, bars and an amazing breakfast buffet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our blackout blinds did not work and there was no attempt to fix them during our stay even though I inquired several times. This really put a damper on our visit as we woke up every morning at 5 due to the sunlight streaming through. Also - I inquired about a boat rental and never received a response back. The property was largely as advertised but I do not feel the customer service was up to par for a company that bills itself as “luxury.”
