Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Modern stainless steel appliances.
Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including pots, pans, utensils, cups, and wine glasses.

Master Bedroom:
A peaceful sanctuary featuring a comfortable queen bed.
Super-soft cotton sheets for a restful night`s sleep.
A 43-inch Smart TV for winding down in the evening.

Bathroom:
Equipped with essential, super-soft bath towels and a hairdryer.
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Additional Amenities:
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on your private balcony.
An in-unit washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Private Entrance: Your own secure entrance ensures privacy and convenience.
Free Parking: Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle in the large on-site lot.
Elevator Access: For easy access with luggage, an elevator is available via the door on the south side of the building.
Bike Storage: Secure indoor bike storage is available on every floor.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you flexibility and privacy. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are readily available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. Simply send us a message, and we`ll get back to you promptly.

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome one dog (under 75 lbs) for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $100. When booking, please be sure to select `1 pet` or check the pet box so the fee is automatically included in your reservation total.

Long-Term Stays: For stays of 14 days or more, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required to keep the space fresh. This will be scheduled at your convenience and charged separately from your initial cleaning fee.

Clean, Quiet, and Location!

We had a great stay at this property! We visited during the winter and during a snow storm and still had a great time. They were even willing to accommodate an early check in due to weather conditions. It’s located right off of TART trail and only a short drive to downtown. It was clean and quiet! We would definitely stay here again.

Property was welcoming to us & our little dog, very clean & easy to get into & out of. Good location for us, close to everything. We were surprised it was so small, looked bigger in the pictures, but that is on us. The only problem we had was the bed was very mushy, some people might enjoy it, but 2 senior citizens & 1 with a bad back did not. Host was very freindly & helpful!
