We had a very good stay overall and would recommend this property, with a few considerations depending on your needs. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable but on the firmer side. Both bathrooms were spotless and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Note that the shared bathroom has a barn-style sliding door facing the kitchen, which offers less privacy and sound separation. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with essentials, and the provided ground coffee was a nice touch. The unit is at the end of the hallway, making for a longer walk from the elevator. The one elevator is in the far entrance and we had no issues with it during our stay. The unit faces Garfield Avenue, so there is some traffic noise, especially from larger vehicles. It was manageable with windows closed, but light sleepers may notice it.Parking is generally ample but can be tight during busy periods, we only had one brief issue finding a spot. The location is excellent—close to Traverse City attractions and restaurants, with the bike trail right outside for bikers. The management company was very responsive and communicative, making for a smooth stay.Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the property, with minor considerations around bathroom privacy, hallway distance, street noise, and peak-time parking.
