Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Up the steps to the front porch, guests are welcomed to a bright and airy living room with a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds on the left. From the living room past the breakfast bar, the combination kitchen and dining area open to the screened-in porch at the rear of the home, providing easy driveway access and a comfortable outdoor lounge and beach gear storage area. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, while guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed and direct access to the screened-in porch.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to fines.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.

*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
