Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities.

This includes:
- The entire house
- Garage and driveway for parking
- Private dock on the lake
- Use of our kayaks to explore the water

We simply ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from entering their properties.

We are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and memorable stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your visit, we are always available via the platform or phone should you need any assistance or have questions.

Lake Use: Although Bullock Pen Lake has safe water, it is not a swimming lake. You are welcome to use our kayaks or bring your own boat for fishing and cruising.

Parking Restrictions: We are not able to accommodate RVs or campers on the property, as there is no space or hookup available. If you're traveling with an RV we're happy to suggest nearby parking or RV parks.

Booking Requirement: Per platform policy and local regulations, guests must provide contact information and sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation per the standard policy.

Wi-Fi Access: Our free Wi-Fi requires an email entry to log on; contact confirmation is optional.
