The property is a great place to stay for our family of 7 adults. We didn’t cook on property as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we did take advantage of the coffee bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and created awesome memories at Rare 4 Bedroom Near Ark Encounter. The host responded to my messages quickly and check in and out was easy.

The stay here was excellent, the house was set up very good. The location was good to be in the center of Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. The location to the Ark Encounter was excellent. The amenities in the house were great. We felt that the presence of the Lord was in this location, truly a inspiration to your faith inthe Lord.

This home was an excellent choice for our family of 5 plus 5 other family members who joined us. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved that there was a tv in the kids room with plenty of movies and games to play. We would highly recommend this place to other families who are visiting the Ark and Creation museum!

Girls Ark trip

We just got back from a short trip to Kentucky to see the Ark and the creation museum. This house was a perfect location for the Ark, and about 20 minutes away from the museum. It was a lovely house, wonderfully stocked, and Absolutely loved the coffee bar! Would definitely recommend this house to anybody coming to the area!

It was so nice that everyone could have a room and yet a common area to talk and visit. The coffee bar was a wonderful touch. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. Everything that you could need for cooking or serving a meal. Our trip was so much more special by staying here at this Roomy Ranch.Thankyou you so much, for all the extras you included to make us feel right at home.

Stuff. Family Vacation

We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. Thanks for letting us stay.

Ark Encounter stay

It was really nice for the 10 of us (4 children) to all be able to stay together. The house is in need of cosmetic repairs but overall was a good experience. It was nice to have a large dining table and outdoor seating. We couldn’t get the refrigerator icemaker to work; hopefully that will be fixed but if not Walmart nearby sells ice. We would stay there again if in the area. The owner provides a lot of nice towels, washcloths, coffee, and dishes, which we appreciated.

The house is very nice, needs a little more comfortable sitting for 8 people, kitchen needs a place for food items, no mirrors in bedrooms or a place to put your personal items. But we made it for 5 nights. Next time we would not stay that long. All on all we had a nice stay. Some of us got sick and we left one night early, but really no one minded leaving. The outside grill was nice and we enjoyed using it.

This was the perfect space for 10 of us to stay! Some highlights, the bath towels were probably the best towels we’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. I don’t really have any complaints… but if I could find a complaint of any kind, the programmable thermostat reset like ever two hours and it defaulted to warmer than we like… but it was a simple and easy fix and the house cooled off very quickly! Great communication and really nice place to stay! Thank you guys.

Questions were answered quickly. Home was easy to locate and super convenient since right off I-75. We only had few days to stay. Close to everything we went to and didn’t have to go far down any streets to get to property. Clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Even forgot something and they helped find it and will send it to me. Great stay, place, & owners. Would go there again if I’m ever in town.

The Ark Trip!

The Roomy Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Clean, safe, and comfortable for 7 adults, with plenty of dishes, towels, and all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. We would choose to stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Our 7 member adult family stayed here 4 days & 3 nights while visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The home was clean, comfortable and accommodated our family very well. We fell in love with this property because of it's proximity to all Dry Ridge and Williamstown has to offer. Including ARK Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved that it didn't have any steps and allows for a comfortable stay for up to 12 people!
