This house was incredible and just what 10 guys needed for a conference. Close to everything and a quiet neighborhood as well. Everything we needed was there including extra stuff we would have never thought of.

Property was clean, up to date, lots of sleeping space. We only had 4 total people with us but the property could easily sleep 8-12.(maybe more). We stayed here for a trip to the Ark Encounter, the house was less than 5 miles away. Plenty of clean towels available under bathroom sinks. Poker tables and chairs in the master bedroom closet. Located in a large housing development which was perfect for my morning jogs. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved that the house has plenty of space for our large group and they had decorated everything beautifully for Christmas. Everything was clean , kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Hostess generously let us check out 1 hr late. There were some things that needed repaired ice machine(they did leave ice for us) & back deck. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay again if we are ever in the area. Would give 4.5 if we could.

This was a fantastic place to stay! You can tell they poured their hearts into this place with Bible scripture on the walls and the warm positive feelings everywhere in this house. We really enjoyed our time here and we are very thankful!
