A cozy Echo Park bungalow on a tree-lined street in LA's best neighborhood - yes I'm biased. A 5 minute walk to a couple of cafes, twee grocery store and other cute little shops. A 10 minute walk to all of the happening bars and restaurants on Sunset Boulevard, in addition to Vons and Lassen's supermarkets. New to VRBO but can share reviews from that "other" service :)

Echo Park is quiet yet hip, with hilly, tree-lined streets. Great restaurants and bars abound, with a number of cafes, cute shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

My house is just adorable, with a cute interior and nice yard for dogs to frolic in. The back patio is perfect for grilling or just hanging out. I've been here for 10 years and I just love it, hope you will too!
