This Cottage has "every" thing you need from a fully equipped kitchen to Wifi and smart TV,s.

Probably one of the most desirable places to stay on the Beach side of LA. With the Ease of access, location and the stylish ambiance. " LA Weekly "

Private charming 2 bedroom cottage, Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood right next to shopping centers, beaches and freeways.

1.5 walking blocks to trendy shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, bars.

Centrally Located to beach cities in both directions. Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach on the south side, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach to the West and Santa Monica on the North side. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of Downtown LA and Hollywood.

Th Street has permitted parking. There is plenty of street parking right out front but you must use the permits we provide for you to avoid getting a ticket. The permits are hanging on the back of the front door.

Failing to return them will cause a $250 deduction from you deposit. They are hard to replace.

Davida was very helpful. We had some problems and she was very nice and was there for us. A good location and easy to get to many things.

Awww 3 stars is disappointing...Guests arrived, stayed 1 hour said there was a odd smell and that the guest has medical issues and is highly sensitive...then left. Despite not being required to, we refunded them money when a new guest booked. NEVER before or after has there been a complaint of a smell as you can see from ALL reviews.

This is a cool place to stay. The outside was great, we loved the hot tub. Beds were amazing, so comfortable. That is hard to find in rentals. It was close to a lot of things. Only thing that would have been nice is more kitchen stuff, probably more me than anything and I made it work. That is probably the only thing you could say. Great place and I would stay here again.

had a really nice stay. great location for our purpose

we came for our daughter's graduation from USC, so close enough, but far enough. we had a couple people over for a low key cookout. great space for that. the pantry was a bit low in terms of corkscrew's, etc.. There were times that we needed something...pepper, for instance, and of course, it was chilly at night and it would have been nice to have propane for the gas heater....but we moved inside and had fun. Great outdoor space. very private. we'd go bak again

great location and still private

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed a long weekend there. It's close to a lot of great sites, yet it's in a quiet area. The street had plenty of parking. We got a spot right in front the house each night. The backyard and hot tub were relaxing. The landscaping and fence gives a lot of privacy, even though it's in a neighborhood. We stayed in late January, Being from Chicago, it was a great break from the cold. We would stay here again for sure. The host contacted me a few times via email, before and during our stay. I was given a contact number and was told to contact them at any time. We didn't have any issues, so i didn't call. It was nice to know though. I felt like there they genuinely cared about making our stay a good experience. There's a movie theater, restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store close by. All within walking distance. This was great. The beaches are close too. We enjoyed our stay

40th Birthday Celebration with the guys.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday party with my brother, brother in laws and a friend from back east. The location is perfect if you want to experience Venice Beach, and Santa Monica Beach. The proximity to these spots along with getting downtown to see a Lakers game was very good. The LAX airport is very close and shopping around the home is great. We really enjoyed the central location for what we wanted to do. We hit Beverly Hills also which was not to far. If you want to see the Hollywood Stars near the popular Chines Theater then this might not be the best location if you spend all your time in Hollywood as it was a drive from this location. But if you want to really experience the beaches and parts of Downtown LA then this is a premiere spot. The home was in good shape and the outside area was very enjoyable and usable. We would use this home again. Also would be a great place for kids which I have two small children. The parking in front was easy and getting around was great. The area was also clean and seemed very safe. The host of the home was very helpful and accommodating.

Paradise in the concrete jungle.

It was all we wanted and more. Parking was easy. Access was simple. We felt like movie stars. Simple. Elegant. Refreshing. A great escape with a private experience. Go grocery shopping nearby for supplies and great dining. But you might not want to leave. We wanted to extend our stay.

Fantastic!

The property was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect. Close to the airport and Marina Del Ray. Easy parking on the street. The property manager, Davida, made it easy to get into the house was quick to respond by email if we had any questions. We spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the hot tub.

This house was PERFECT for our vacation. It is just a hop, skip and a jump away from everything you will want to do. The house itself is very fun and relaxing. Spent a lot of time using the patios and hot tub. Communication with the owner was easy and we received responses to any concerns immediately. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Lovely home with beautiful tropical outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to unwind and take advantage of the relaxing outdoor space and hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Great location. Great little home.

Terrific manager and communication from her. Very welcoming. Extremely clean which is for me the most important quality of a rental. Home is perfect size for four and very conveniently located near Beaches and mountains and canyons. We hiked and visited multiple beaches. I would appreciate more cooking utensils and sharp knives. Living room seating is ok and nearing aging-out. Overall, highly recommend!

I wish I could put 4 1/2 Stars it was wonderful! We had such a great time! It was a perfect little get away tucked in a garden of beautiful foliage! The beds were extremely comfortable and very spacious. We loved our privacy but loved being so close to so many attractions and 18 minutes from the airport! We loved having so many towels and wash cloths very convenient! The shower was great! The only things that would make it easier are a little better directions to the TV and for the laundry machine and the dryer even if you left the manuals :) In the kitchen add a spatula , colander and kitchen shears or scissors. Also 3 more 16 oz glasses there was only 1 there. Thank you for the extras of beer ice, water and pop in the refrigerator! To summarize the experience was wonderful!

Second time we have stayed here. The bungalow is ideal. Lovey deco etc. The host left us some essentials on the fridge for when we arrived, beer, wine, milk. The location is a perfect base for visiting all of la. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Always seemed like a 20min drive to any hotspots, downtown, Hollywood etc . There is supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, coffee shops all in walking distance . Can’t wait to stay again

A week in LA with the family

We really enjoyed our visit. The outdoor area was the main reason we picked this unit and it was definitely worth it. All of the vegetation made it feel secluded and private, even though the side yard faces a fairly busy street. We even saw several humming birds from the beautiful picture window and while on the patio. Only having one bath took a little getting used to, but after a day or two we adjusted to it. The house itself reminded me of my grandmother's house. Some folks might say it needs a little updating, but it was fine as far as I was concerned. If I had to change one thing it would be to replace the dinning room table with something bigger and sturdier, since there's plenty of room for a bigger table. It would be okay for two, but too small for the family. Maybe add some tables outside as well. We took the TV-tray tables out there and that worked fairly well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
