Conveniently located near Universal , CBS , and Warner Brothers Studios and Hollywood. Many businesses and restaurants are within walking distance. Burbank Airport is only 20 minutes away. Home has been recently renovated to included luxury upgrades including: granite counter-tops, new appliances, new wood flooring. Adults Only. House is not child proof. 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed). 2 full bathrooms. .Sleeps 4 comfortably.
