Your perfect vacation destination awaits on 600 feet of private beach and sugar white sand at Silver Beach Towers. Walking distance to The Back Porch restaurant, and close proximity to grocery stores, Target, Walmart, restaurants and more!

Enjoy the perfect week away in this beautiful beachfront condo on the 8th floor. This unit was renovated in March of 2023, sleeps up to 8, and includes all the amenities needed to start your vacation immediately upon arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee with a sweeping, unobstructed view of the Gulf. Plenty of seating inside and outside to accommodate families.

Rental includes:
-2 kings, 1 queen, 2 rollaway twins that can be set up where requested
-Underground, assigned parking space and general parking above ground
-2 fast, indoor elevators, servicing just 3 condos per story
-Enjoy brand new furniture in this beautifully decorated coastal modern condo
-Kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig (both pot and K-cup), toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, plates, silverware, knife set, grill tools, and more
-Luxury Nest toiletries, makeup wipes and hair dryers provided in all bathrooms
-Beach towels and beach toys provided
-Basic paper products and cleaning supplies included (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods and dish liquid, and washing machine detergent).
-FREE Internet and basic cable, including HBO. Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms (access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video accounts if you have them); Ability to plug in Roku or Apple TV if you bring one
-Condo is located at intersection of Airport Rd & US Hwy 98. The stoplight at the building entrance makes it easy to avoid Highway 98 traffic in peak season.

First, Amanda was great to work with during the booking and throughout the stay. Great communication. The condo is awesome. Nicely furnished. Upscale furnishings for sure! View of the ocean from inside the condo and on the balcony was wonderful. Close enough to hear the waves. Located in the well-maintained Silver Towers condo building. Luggage carts easy to find. Entire condo building as well as the beach are very quiet at this time of the year. We've rented many VRBO condos through the years: this one is the best.

Beautiful!!!

The condo was beautiful. The view was even better! Floor to ceiling windows facing due south over the Gulf. Patio was always shaded. The grounds were extremely clean and well kept. The pools were great, and they just opened a new tiki-hut like bar and grill on the property by the pools that also has service out to the beach for those who rented umbrellas. Perfect place to stay. Lastly, the owner and personal concierge were great to work with.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views!

This condo was spectacular and had everything we needed. The check in process was first class with great communication. The bedrooms were large, had private bathrooms, and the ocean view from the huge patio was perfect for our family vacation. We will definitely come back and stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!

First time to Destin & first vrbo experience There a week. Accommodations beautifully appointed and kitchen had every appliance and kitchen utensil/tool you could need. Beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome and included. Great time and will be back.

An Amazing Vacation

We were so sad when we had to depart this gorgeous condo and location today. The condo is exactly as described and as shown in online photos. It was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The balcony was very large and just amazing views of the ocean from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. The location was perfect! Near several restaurants and the Harbor. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The sand was soft powder and crystal clear ocean . We also enjoyed the spacious pool area. Well maintained area!

Amazing! Amazing!

I have two words to say Phenomenally Amazing! From the beautiful decor, to the comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and the cleanliness of the condo was immaculate. Just like the pictures. The beautiful views of the emerald coast ocean were breath taking. The landscaping and the pool area is very well kept. Amanda, is a great host and you will not be disappointed. 5 Star Vacation

Our family just finished 1 week at Silver Beach Towers and we all agree this has been the best vacation yet. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed along with a terrific view of the beach and ocean. Amanda is an outstanding host and was very responsive. We appreciated a little extra time at checkout since we had a later flight. The ocean was just like the pictures with emerald green and the softest sand I’ve ever felt. We had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas reserved every day which made the beach experience even better. Food was outstanding in the Destin area. McGuire’s, Captain Dave’s, and The Back Porch were our favorites. Can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely stay in this condo again.

Beach vacay

Amanda is a wonderful host. Unit was immaculate. Spotlessly clean!! Hands down the most stocked kitchen ever. Plenty of cookware, dishes and everything you need to prepare meals. The view is incredible! Right on the beach with great patio furniture. We sat outside for every meal. We have used VRBO over the years for most vacations and this is the best unit we have stayed in. Truly felt like home away from home. Would highly recommend if you are traveling with kiddos. So close to the pool and beach. You will not be disappointed with anything….we will be back for sure! Absolutely Incredible!

Let me first say I am far from a newbie to the Florida Panhandle and Destin specifically. I've been coming to this area for vacations since I was a child. I've stayed in many different resorts but Silver Beach Towers has become my favorite, and this unit in particular is the most beautiful. Making the experience even more amazing was the hospitality, attentiveness to detail, quick response and just all around kindness of both the owner, Amanda, and her property manager, Patrice. All of her furnishings and decor is so beautiful, and the view from the balcony was stunning. October is an absolutely gorgeous time of year in Destin and we will definitely be back! Thank-you ladies from these six ladies for helping make our girls trip (or as my four-year-old grandson called it, "Grandma Trip" lol) so much fun and so relaxing!
