Good place and location, could be great with a little help

I can list many reasons this place is a good place to stay, some of which are it felt very safe, the unit was clean, the neighbors were so nice, location walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee, store, etc. I would recommend it to others. I can also list a few things that would make it a great place to stay some of which are adding more seating in living room, the couch is great for 3 people but any others will be uncomfortable watching tv or movies, also only 1 chair on patio space. It was very warm for October in the mid to upper 80s most days we were there so we definitely needed the air conditioner on. So, there is a mini split air conditioner, the house instructions require you to change the condensate bucket for the AC unit under the bathroom sink every 2 hours and never leave the unit on while you are away or you will get charged for any damage the overflow of the bucket may cause, which obviously has happened before. This was the biggest downfall of the place by far. A few other small details missing like no hairdryer, no paper towels or napkins, no tissues, coffee maker but no filters. So some of the details are missing for sure, but still I gave it high marks because nothing was that distracting to our trip and overall thought it was an adequate stay with some nice features. I hope they will correct the AC issue and give notice to some of the details.
