Sea Breeze is a quaint area. It has everything you need. Walk the pier, drop your boat in the Irondequoit bay that is steps away, hike or ride a bike to Durand Beach, walk to your favorite restaurants and who can forget about Sea Breeze amusement park!

What makes this property unique

Everything is brand new! Newly remodeled - light, bright, airy lakefront cottage. The wrap around deck overlooks the Irondequoit pier and is very private! Access the water on the main level to swim!
