The Palms #503 is a newly acquired unit that has no booking fees and is owner managed. The unit has been completely renovated in 2022-23 and the exterior of the building also had a complete renovation. You will love staying in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit with all new fixtures, tile, granite, appliances, flooring, paint, doors, trim - a complete remodel. Guests will be required to sign a Renter Agreement with the Owner or the reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund.
