Newly remodeled. Only 22 miles from the Ark Encounter! Features family room, 3 bedrooms. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and grill. Fire pit is also located in the back. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds, with queen mattresses on the bottom-can sleep up to 6 in this room. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. Ark Encounter Trip

Stayed with church group and the accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Unit provided all the necessities.

Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

House was clean and just what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The only thing I would suggest is to add a small fan for the downstairs bedroom. It had plenty of bed space but gets a little stuffy with no air moving around. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Room for all

His property was perfect for our group, the kids got downstairs and the moms got upstairs. Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked - only complaint would be the road noise. We were rarely there, but did cook when there. All appliances work, and communication with the owner was great.
