Awesome location

Perfect location on AMI, and only steps to the beach. The home contained everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether that be kitchen utensils, towels or beach accommodations. The views from the balcony were amazing as we enjoyed taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. We greatly enjoyed our time and look forward to our next visit to AMI.

Beautiful view but needs new carpet and paint. Also, the place was not to my cleanliness standards. The process of checking in and out was easy though, and the house was well equipped.

Nice but carpets are in need of replacing. They just cannot be cleaned anymore. I made sure to use my slippers. My wife used her socks and had to throw them away. Great view. A little far from bus only one parking spot but found the circle k down the street rents spots. Wifi is very slow. The manager is ultra responsible. Very minimal supplies! The thinnest toilet paper I have ever seen and only 2 rolls allowed during the three weeks I was there.

Great time in Florida

Great location on the beach with adequate parking. Great views. Condo is dated. Kitchen and bathroom faucets are plumed backwards. Hot and cold water reversed. Bath fan in #2 bed/bath did not work and no one would repair it and Pocket door between #2 bedroom and bathroom would not stay on the track and stuck open leaving no privacy. Closet doors off the track and would not move. Dishwasher did not work and had water and food still in it and smelled. Maintenance repaired it. Over priced for the condition.

Plumbing violated Florida code/filthy, got sick from mold, dust.

The plumbing violated Florida code and thus was unsafe. The air returns were filthy and blocked. Unsafe. The kitchen faucet had mold and fungi, unsafe. The carpets were stained, smelled and filthy. My wife and I both got sick from the mold and fungi. The management company wouldn't fix anything while we were there, we notified them of problems the morning after we arrived.

Great view and location (on the beach), with quick access to restaurants and shops.

Property is bit older, but in decent shape. Went there for my mom to rekindle her memories of beach living. She had a wonderful time.

Nice enough

Hot water in kitchen is opposite of “normal”. Louvered doors covered in dust. Musty smell, had to buy plug ins for overall mustiness. Dryer desperately needs new filter.
