Very nice condo!! Plenty of towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Very responsive to any concerns we had. They were just a text away big or small.

It’s the little conveniences that make a stay easier, from having plenty of towels to the washer and dryer right in the unit, Eric. We’re glad Island Sunset by Anna Maria Vacations was comfortable and that our team was just a text away whenever you needed us. We hope to welcome you back for another island stay soon!

This is a beautiful condo. Just a few steps to a gorgeous beach. We were hoping for more restaurants and shops in walking distance but the trolley was easy and convenient. A couple of recommendations- two ice trays was not enough for a cooler and it was a bit far to carry ice (we flew so did not have a vehicle). The water pressure in both showers was very low. The beach chairs had a great deal of rust on them which resulted in rust on the beach towels and on our bathing suits. There was an alarm going off in the garage for the first couple of days we were there. A crew came and fixed it but it was back on the last couple of days we were there.Again, the condo is gorgeous and we had a wonderful week. Just a few minor things that would make it better.

Check-in was super easy and the place was nice & clean. The pictures do need updated as the furniture and the kitchen appliances were different. The location is great and being able to sit outside on the balcony to see the most perfect sunsets was amazing. Communication was top notch. The mattress is extremely firm which was rough for me but the hubs slept great lol. The water pressure in the showers is lacking big time but from talking to others staying there we all were experiencing the issue. Took us a few days to figure out all the light switches lol. I would recommend supplying more than just 2 rolls of tp per bathroom especially when someone is staying a week. The oven display needs checked out as ypu cant see all the numbers. But we would 100% rent this unit again. It gave us the chance to explore both ends of the island.

Sunsets

Loved our stay. The sunsets were fabulous, and we could enjoy every night from our private deck. So great to walk out right on the beach and relax or look for shells. Good eating places near us and free trolly near by.

Soothes the Soul

A friend and I recently stayed in this condo on Bradenton Beach/AMI. The sound of the waves just steps from our lanai was so relaxing. Being able to open the large doors to fully the sights and sounds was amazing! The AMI trolley stop was about 20 yards away and so convenient to get around the island! We had a great time and will definitely return again!

Great place in a great location!

It was exactly what we were looking for, a place in front of the beach where we could relax. The apartment had everything that was listed, with no shortage of towels. The ceiling fans were perfect since the weather was mild and not too hot. But if needed, we had an option of using the central air. We recommend it.

Pre and Post retirement friends sharing a week to experience what AMI has to offer

Great location! Clean, with new higher-end appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Lovely beach view and easy access. Pool on site but seldom used, like all close by pools, faces the highway. Be sure you can carry your luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of steps for 2nd floor/just 2 flights for 1st.

Nice place, parking could be better

Once neighbors came for week I couldn’t get in and out of parking space because there wasn’t enough space for my car to actually get in and out. Not all spots are like this though.

Friends getaway

This location provided very easy access to the sunsets on golf side and very walkable sunrises on the bay side which was something our group enjoyed. Also, access to the AMI trolley was a nice option. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we loved the balcony where we could hang out and listen to the waves. The one thing I wish I had known before booking is that there is only 1 parking space. Since we drove to Florida from MIchigan, this made renting of a golf more difficult.

Thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the easy access to both the sunsets and sunrises, and that the space and balcony provided a great spot for relaxing. It's also great to know that the AMI trolley was a convenient option for getting around. We apologize for the parking situation and understand how that may have made renting a golf cart more challenging. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps future guests plan better. We hope to welcome you back in the future, and thank you again for your thoughtful comments!
