We absolutely loved our stay here, from the thoughtful welcome gifts to the close proximity to the trolley (literally right outside!). We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, as well as the beach right outside the patio. AMI is our favorite destination, and this condo did not disappoint! It is a lovely short walk on the beach to the Wicked Cantina and Bridge Street.

Beauty on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay complete with dolphin sightings, a beautiful sunset, storm clouds and a rainbow! The beach is fantastic and the pool was very nice too! Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

Everything was as expected, great location great views. Very quiet. Neighbors were great Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Host was very responsive in a timely manner. Great place to stay!

Great Stay!

The property was in a great location...walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The trolly stop is right outside the door. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and beach equipment. The host was very responsive to our questions and even left us a bottle of wine upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Beachfront Property

We just returned from Donald’s beachfront condo and had an amazing time. My family of 4 came to Anna Maria Island for the first time and the condo location to the beach was perfect. The condo was just as expected and there was a nice welcome card and bottle of wine for us when we checked in. There were some beach chairs and things to use in the sand as well. Donald was a great host and communicated well with all instructions for checking and out. We will definitely be back to the island and hope to rent from Donald again.

Great place, enjoyed our time

You have a beautiful place. The wine and the card left for us were a lovely touch (wine was delicious), and we forgot coffee when we went shopping, but again, you thought of everything and had coffee for us. We had so much fun. The screened in porch right on the beach was paradise! The fan in the smaller bedroom needs some repair as well as the toilet in the master. Otherwise, lovely place!

Great location.

Communication with Host was always timely. Check-in process was easy. Unfortunately the elevator was broken down that day so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Elevator was fixed by the next morning tho. Condo is cute and proximity to beach is about as close as you can get. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio at sunset. Most places are walkable (restaurants, shopping, and bars) from this location. First time to Anna Maria Island…we liked it very much.

Wonderful unit in great location!

We have rented several times with VRBO and on AMI and this has been our favorite rental. Wonderful location right on the beach with direct access to pool and beach right from private balcony! Owner took great care to have everything we needed supplied. We cook some meals and had everything necessary. Very comfortable, king size bed and sleeper couch. Great water pressure and very cold ac! Loved watching sunset from balcony each night and dolphins and manatees in morning! Unit had large nice beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for our use. Ownwr was great to work with and quick to reply. A bottle of wine was waiting for us as we had mentioned we were coming for our anniversary. Very thoughtful! Look forward to returning!

Cute beach condo

We had a wonderful stay in this cute little condo. Kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Washer and dryer on site was a plus for our family. Property was very well maintained.
